itemprop=\"text\" ><p>A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Reviver \u2013 Grupo de Apoio \u00e0 crian\u00e7a e ao Adolescente, \u00e9 uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o civil, sem fins lucrativos, criada em 1\u00b0de outubro de 1993 por m\u00e9dicos e outros profissionais de sa\u00fade lotados no Servi\u00e7o de Pediatria e de Cirurgia Pedi\u00e1trica do Hospital dos Servidores do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n<p>O Reviver, tem como objetivo, dar assist\u00eancia material e psicossocial, de acordo com cada necessidade, os atendidos e\/ou \u00e0s suas fam\u00edlias, com medicamentos, alimentos, roupas e todo o suporte necess\u00e1rio para que o tratamento, ap\u00f3s a alta hospitalar, continue em seus lares.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar de trabalhar em parceria com o HFSE, o Reviver n\u00e3o faz parte de sua estrutura hospitalar. itemprop=\"text\" ><p>No momento da alta hospitalar, \u00e9 feita uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o pela Comiss\u00e3o do HFSE, a crian\u00e7a e\/ou adolescente \u00e9 encaminhado para o Reviver, onde ser\u00e1 realizado uma nova entrevista para o cadastro da fam\u00edlia. Ap\u00f3s a entrevista do respons\u00e1vel com a psic\u00f3loga e\/ou assistente social da associa\u00e7\u00e3o, a fam\u00edlia \u00e9 cadastrada e, de acordo com suas necessidades, s\u00e3o fornecidos medicamentos, leite e\/ou uma cesta b\u00e1sica mensal para a mesma. Al\u00e9m desses benef\u00edcios, podem ser fornecidos equipamentos especiais para doentes graves, cadeira de roda, roupa, sapato, carrinho de bebe, aparelhos eletrodom\u00e9sticos, cursos profissionalizantes, instrumentos de trabalho e tudo mais que tiver ao alcance da associa\u00e7\u00e3o para auxiliar essa popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Beneficia-se assim, n\u00e3o apenas a crian\u00e7a, mas toda a fam\u00edlia. \u00a0 O acompanhamento \u00e9 feito mensalmente pela assistente social. No final de cada ciclo de quatro meses, \u00e9 realizada, tamb\u00e9m, uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o com a psic\u00f3loga. Dependendo do caso, o apoio psicol\u00f3gico pode ser semanal. \u00a0 O per\u00edodo m\u00e9dio de perman\u00eancia \u00e9 de oito meses, podendo, em casos especiais, chegar a dois anos. Esse per\u00edodo varia conforme a necessidade e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de cada fam\u00edlia, mas, todas s\u00e3o desligadas em um determinado momento do projeto.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
